Agenda / Minutes template for subject meetings

AGENDA for DT I=information DC=Discussion D=Decision R=Reminder PO=Pre-organisation To help with the process of subject meeting time. Any information / reminders which can be pre-read and digested can be sent with the agenda. (Can't stand sitting in meetings reading information which could have been seen prior) PO=Pre-organisation sometimes I require staff to bring items with them such as laptops, selection of books, resources, tracking sheets etc... DC=Discussion D=Decision - a productive meeting is when everyone has an input and helps shape the decisions being made. Helps staff to take ownership over decisions that need to be made. I have found this template to help with the flow and to help maximise time allocated.
